It's surprising how your mood can change so dramatically depending on the day of the week. And the Friday feeling certainly brings out the best of people doesn't it.

Finally Friday is here and it brings with it a Easter and the sunshine. We are embarking on a long and lazy weekend, which without a doubt, will be filled with food. Greek Orthodox Easter falls this weekend, so while the rest of you have done the chocolate egg this year, im currently deciding what sort of English inspired treats I should bake this weekend. And I'm hoping the weather will stay good so we can pop off to the beach for our first time this year. Im sure the doggie is yearning to run along the beach and sniff the waves again.
